30-day return period

At VAVsports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. The item must be (if possible) in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

To start a return, simply email us at info@vavsports.com. After we approve your request, you’ll receive a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send the package. Please do not return anything before receiving our approval. Items sent without prior approval will unfortunately not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll look into it right away and make sure the issue is resolved.

Items that cannot be returned

Some items are not eligible for return. These include personalized products. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards, or sale items. If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, feel free to ask us.

Want to exchange an item?

If you’d like a different size, color or item, the fastest option is to return your original item. Once that return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

When to expect your refund

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your money, feel free to contact us at info@vavsports.com.

Return costs

In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will of course cover the full cost of return shipping.

If you prefer to arrange your own return shipment, that’s also possible, just let us know during your return request. Please keep in mind that you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us.
